Shipping & delivery
Flat $11 shipping per order in the US, however many pieces you order. $15 to Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, New Zealand and Japan, and $20 everywhere else.
Every piece is made to order. We make and ship most orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days from there, and now and then up to three weeks if there are customs delays.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return. Items need to be unworn and unused, with tags, in their original packaging. Email us to start one and we'll send a return label with instructions. Returns sent without asking first can't be accepted.
Wrong size? Start a return and place a new order for the size you need.
Sale items and gift cards can't be returned. If something arrives damaged or wrong, email us right away and we'll make it right. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
